By accessing this website, placing an order, purchasing a product, downloading digital content, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Electronic contracts and records may have legal effect under Florida law. 

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of our website and services.

VERLANI LK ICE offers handcrafted charmed ice spoons, ice lover accessories, frost accessories, digital ASMR ice sound packs, and other specialty products.

We reserve the right to add, remove, modify, discontinue, limit, or cancel products or services at any time.

Product availability, quantities, designs, prices, and descriptions may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, or misuse of our website.

If VERLANI LK ICE cancels an order that has already been paid for, the applicable amount paid for the canceled merchandise will be refunded.

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and current.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other clearly disclosed charges.

VERLANI LK ICE reserves the right to decline, cancel, or limit transactions reasonably suspected to involve fraud, unauthorized payment activity, resale abuse, or other misuse.

Prices are subject to change. Price changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless required to correct an error or by applicable law.

 Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Because many VERLANI LK ICE products are handcrafted, additional time is required for designing, assembly, curing, drying, quality inspection, and packaging. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time. During high-volume launches, custom orders, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. 

Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

During launches, holidays, custom-order periods, or unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. If we cannot ship merchandise within the promised time, applicable delay, cancellation, and refund requirements will be followed. Federal rules generally require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times and to obtain customer consent to certain delays or refund unshipped merchandise. 

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

VERLANI LK ICE is not responsible for delays, theft after confirmed delivery, or damage caused solely by carrier handling.

Customers should contact the applicable shipping carrier regarding carrier-related claims.

However, nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Customers may contact VERLANI LK ICE if there is an issue with an order so the matter can be reviewed.

Handcrafted Product Variations 

Charm placement, rhinestone arrangement, embellishments, colors, and decorative details may vary slightly from product photographs.

These reasonable handmade variations are part of the uniqueness of each product and are not considered defects.

Charmed spoons, charmed bowls, decorative accessories, and all products containing charms, rhinestones, gems, or embellishments must be handled with care.

Hand wash gently using mild soap and water.

Do not soak products for extended periods.

Do not place charmed products in a dishwasher unless the product description expressly states that the item is dishwasher safe.

Do not use abrasive scrubbers, harsh chemicals, or excessive force on decorative areas.

Dry products thoroughly after cleaning and store them in a clean, dry location.

With regular or excessive use over time, charms, rhinestones, gems, and other decorative embellishments may loosen, wear, or detach.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Damage caused by excessive use, dropping, improper cleaning, soaking, dishwasher use, misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow product-care instructions is not eligible for a refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit, except where otherwise required by law.

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD — SMALL PARTS.

Certain VERLANI LK ICE products contain charms, rhinestones, beads, gems, and other small decorative components.

Keep products containing small parts away from infants, young children, and pets.

VERLANI LK ICE charmed accessories are not toys.

Customers are responsible for using, cleaning, storing, and maintaining products appropriately.

Digital ASMR ice sound packs are downloadable digital products intended for personal listening, relaxation, and entertainment.

Unless VERLANI LK ICE provides separate written licensing terms, purchasing a sound pack grants the purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to listen to the purchased files.

Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, publicly distribute, commercially exploit, or claim ownership of VERLANI LK ICE sound files.

Purchase of a sound pack does not transfer copyright ownership.

All website content, original product photography, original graphics, logos, branding, original written content, original digital sound recordings, and other original materials created or owned by VERLANI LK ICE are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless written permission is provided, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, republish, sell, distribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from VERLANI LK ICE copyrighted content.

You may share links to our publicly available website or social media content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Use of VERLANI LK ICE content for commercial purposes requires prior written permission.
